Our Shipping Policy

We like to keep things simple! Here’s exactly what happens once you hit “checkout” at Avina.

Where We Ship
Right now, we ship to Canadian addresses only. That means every package starts in Canada and stays in Canada, so you’ll never get surprise bills for customs, tariffs, or duties. Your order won’t take a detour through the U.S., so no border delays either.

Processing Time
Once you place your order, I get to work. Most orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days - often faster we've had our morning coffees :)

Delivery Time
Shipping within Canada is usually quick! Expect your package in 3–5 business days after it leaves us. Rural addresses may take a touch longer, but I’ll make sure you have tracking so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Delivery: On all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and after discounts).

• Orders under $150 CAD ship for a simple flat rate, calculated at checkout—no mystery charges.

Order Tracking
As soon as your package is on the move, you’ll get a tracking link by email. I’ll keep you in the loop so you know exactly when to expect your new favourites.

A Quick Note on Packaging
We use your typical recyclable brown boxes, and pick and pack your items with the upmost care. It's basic, but we have some branded goodies inside. It's not the MOST glamourous but this is our way of keeping waste down, while still making sure your clothes arrive safe and sound.
